Joining the Sheriff’s Auxiliary Volunteers is a great way to give back to your community and help support our local law enforcement officers by adding valuable manpower to certain situations, and by freeing them up to attend to emergencies.
You will help increase law enforcement visibility in your neighborhood and community, keeping our county safer.
To be considered for the next training academy, you must be at least 18 years old and be able to pass a background check. We have had SAVs in their 80s, so don’t think you are too old to volunteer and make a difference!
